HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 7-10 business days via USPS.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States with no hidden fees at checkout.
CAN I RETURN MY WIG IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
We offer a 30-day return policy. However, for hygiene reasons, wigs must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with the lace uncut—to be eligible for a return.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to monitor your delivery.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please email us at support@wigzu.com immediately. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.
