We offer Free & Easy Returns to make your shopping experience risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When you receive your order (Contact us), then we send you return label.
Note: For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

If your request is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care products (opened beauty or hygiene items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
